A Dreamy June Wedding

Brittany & Connor’s wedding day truly was the dreamiest! Where do we even begin? In no specific order, here are a few of our favorite things from this classic, southern wedding…

The Details
These small touches left a huge impression! Brittany chose a lovely shade of cool blue as the thread that pulled every element of this decor plan together. You’ll find that sweet hue as just a hint of color in their wedding stationary to those stunning shoes and those glam bridesmaids’ dresses! Wedding Designer, Hillary Moss, accented the blue with touches of gold, grays and even blush pink.

Thoughtful Touches
Keeping in mind that June in Louisiana can be a touch warm, guests were greeted with Cucumber-Mint, Lemon & Strawberry ice water upon arrival along with fans (tied with a blue ribbon!) for the brief outdoor ceremony. For later in the evening when those in high-heels might be feeling the pinch, the couple provided the cutest slippers so everyone can dance the night away!

Cocktails and Culinary Delights
Champagne was flowing immediately following the ceremony. It’s time to celebrate after all! While family photography was wrapping up, wedding guests snacked on a delightful cocktail hour spread. Those in search of a cocktail had much to choose from. There was a wide selection of beer and wine, our signature champagne and then ‘His & Her cocktails’. Connor chose and Old Fashioned Punch and Brittany loved the idea of Margaritas with a choice of several mix-ins. After that magical first dance as Mr. & Mrs., it was time for the main meal. Chef Holly created a menu that elevated crowd favorites and provided so many options! With multiple sauces and toppings, guests could completely customize their meal.
